New two-story single family residence on a very steep uphill lot. We raised the main house above the driveway level in order to take advantage of the existing leveled topography on top of the hill and provide a beautiful landscaped backyard to the 2nd floor. The project is subject to the limitations of the Baseline Hillside Ordinance and the Oak Hillside District requirements.
