Manuelian Architects took on the role of Architect of Record for a project designed by a renowned architectural firm Fran Silvestre Arquitectos from Spain. Our office performed initial feasibility studies to identify the potential design development criteria, and worked with Fran Silvestre Arquitectos to define the building envelope height and floor levels that would satisfy the Los Angeles Baseline Hillside Ordinance and the Bel Air-Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council requirements. Manuelian Architects has been working with the owner and assisting Fran Silvestre Arquitectos to develop the design, taking into account the site specifics, dramatic views, functionality and aesthetics. Our office has held primary responsibility with respect to design documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
