Remodel to a high-end condominium in the central area of Beverly Hills. The outdated kitchen, main living areas, and the inefficient master suite had to be redesigned to transform this condominium into a practical and pleasing home tailored to the needs, lifestyle and taste of the homeowners.
The new layout offers a spacious and practical modern kitchen. The floor plan is open, yet recessed ceilings clearly define the various sitting and dining areas. The existing locations of the vertical plumbing limited the design options, but the challenge resulted in a unique and glamorous master bathroom layout.
