This Mediterranean style estate in the hills of Bel Air was inspired by the Old World charm of the Italian villas. Through careful strategic planning the potential of the site was maximized and full advantage was taken of the views of the verdant hillside and the nearby Stone Canyon Reservoir. The distinction between indoors and out is blurred by oversized openings and romantic loggias making the gardens a natural extension of the house and encouraging outdoor entertainment typical for the Southern California lifestyle. we were able to bring this 20,000 s.f. mansion down to human scale and make it an inviting and calming home by utilizing comfortable proportions, warm material palette and ornate design elements. Some of the many amenities that this estate offers are and indoor pool and game room, and an infinity pool and outdoor bar and entertainment area with magnificent views.
