The entire second floor of this older house in the Hollywood Hills desperately needed a complete redesign that would eliminate the narrow winding hallways, connect the house with the backyard, and allow for decent bedroom suites with private bathrooms and adequate closet space.
A 400 sq.ft. addition houses the new master bedroom, while the rest of the second floor is creatively reimagined to ensure efficient use of floor space. The layout is logical and practical, yet offering glamorous spaces and unobstructed views of the surrounding hills.
